SHIPPING & HANDLING

Handling Time - Our handling time is set to ONE BUSINESS DAY. We ship packages Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays. 

Calculated Shipping- Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. We ship USPS, UPS, and FedEx--depending on cost. Buyers are welcome to ask for different shipping quotes for different delivery options. Email us and we will send you a quote for the selected service.

Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent Monday – Friday (exception being holidays) Items purchased on Friday after 2pm, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped Monday.

Insurance - All items are shipped with insurance.

NO SHIPPING TO Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes

RETURNS

Return Window - In order to submit a return request, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

Return Shipping - We will cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds - Refunds will be given as money back on the original form of payment and initiated within three (3) business days of receiving your returned item(s).
